Grade School

This fall we are continuing our Family Faith Formation program and are excited to use new curriculum.  The content is geared toward families with students in grades K-5, but all parishioners are welcome!  We plan to meet on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month from 6-7:30pm.  Dinner will be provided.  Parents will receive adult faith formation to help them deepen their relationship with God and give them the tools to instill our Catholic faith in their children.  During this time, children will participate in a fun, related activity or lesson.  This will be doubly beneficial, as Bishop Steven and popes all the way back to Paul VI encourage us to offer more in the way of adult faith formation.  Family Faith Formation will begin September 11^th. Registration is now open.  We look forward to our families growing in faith and community through this school year!
 

Sacramental Preparation

First Holy Eucharist and First Reconciliation

First Holy Eucharist and First Reconciliation preparation will be a subgroup of Family Faith Formation, taking place during the same time and dates. When registering, please indicate that you will be participating in both. Children generally prepare for these sacraments during second grade. If your child has missed these sacraments, just let Fr. Carl know, and he will help you decide on the best plan for their sacramental preparation.
 

Confirmation

Confirmation classes will, again, be held on Sunday evenings from 4:00-5:30 pm beginning September 8th.  A parent meeting will be held for 2024 Confirmation parents on September 15^th and 2025 Confirmation parents on September 8^th during the student session.  As a reminder, students generally begin preparing for Confirmation in 7^th grade, being confirmed in the fall of the 8^th grade.  If your student missed this window, it is never too late.  Please contact Fr. Carl in the office to make arrangements.  Registration for Confirmation is open now.
