"Amen, I say to you, whatever you did for one of these least brothers of mine, you did for me." - Matthew 25:40
Since 1982, COMEA (
Cooperative
Ministry for
Emergency
Assistance) has operated as an emergency homeless shelter for anyone who finds themselves homeless. COMEA provides housing services, free meals, case management, and limited transportation assistance for anyone who is homeless or at high risk for homelessness in Laramie County, Wyoming.
Jesus teaches us that to care for those in need, is to care for him. Volunteers from Holy Trinity provide and serve a meal on the second Wednesday of each month at the COMEA Shelter. Volunteers prepare and serve the dinner. Commitment can be once per year or more frequently, based upon your schedule and availability. Background Check and Safe Environment through the Diocese of Cheyenne is required.
To volunteer to help feed those in need, call the parish office.
